Story in the NY Times yesterday about Hot Pants from the seventies (they're back!), and a woman who in the late sixties went to a fancy NY restaraunt with a pant suit on. She was refused entry because of the pants, so she took them off! And sat down, making a "diaper" from napkins because she had her "summer underwear" (ie none) on! You are not alone!
